Meet Dr. Nikki Stephens

Dr. Nikki Stephens, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a highly accomplished family nurse practitioner based in Nashville, Tennessee. Her nearly 20-year career spans clinical practice, clinical sales, and executive leadership roles. She holds a BSN and MSN from Middle Tennessee State University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Indiana University—Purdue University Indianapolis.

Today, Dr. Nikki works full-time as an integrative NP, specializing in disease prevention, longevity, and aesthetics. As a thyroid cancer survivor and someone who experienced surgically-induced menopause, she's intimately familiar with the challenges of fatigue, brain fog, and feeling "not quite right." Her journey back to vibrant health fuels her passion to help others do the same. She also serves as a Thyroid Health Alliance Ambassador, helping to protect patient access to natural desiccated thyroid (NDT) medications.

When she's not working, Dr. Nikki is enjoying life with her husband Darby, their two daughters, a son-in-love, and two sweet grandsons. She loves shelling at the beach and soaking up every minute with her grandbabies.
